Las elecciones de texto se ven muy oscuras

Estoy utilizando el RPG Maker VX Ace.

Resultta que uso un script de luces para que cada luz tenga su iluminacion independiente pero me pasa que las elecciones de texto se ven oscuras y lo mas raro es que el mensaje si se ve bien iluminado.

Obviamente es por el script pero ¿cómo podría solucionar esto?
